Vessel in its current configuration came together as some of the best players in Louisville at the time, each in successful bands, ended up jamming with each other. The Magic was easily recognizable, and their repertoire has grown to over 100 original songs, ranging from bluegrass to funk to electronica and elsewhere.

This band of brothers makes a collective all-original seven-piece entourage of soul and passion that will make you move. After performing at multiple festivals (Summercamp, Werkout, Terrapin Hill, Snugglefest), opening up for national acts (Larry Keel, Hot Buttered Rum, Michael Franti, Terrapin Flyer), winning Louisville Hard Rock Cafe’s 2012 Battle of the Bands and showcasing at Louisville’s 91.9 WFPK Waterfront Wednesday, Vessel has released their debut double-disc self-titled album thru Butchertown Pub Studios (Louisville, KY) and Nix Mastering (Memphis, TN).
