Sqwerv was born out of an open jam at the historic Denver bar El Chipultepec, but it was in the music program at CU Denver that the pieces began to fall into place. Guy Frydenlund and Caden Kramer met in a music theory class, and within a few jam sessions the pair quickly realized their musical similarities. During this early era they set the foundation for Sqwerv’s free, meaningful, playful, and often experimental notion of this band.

As time progressed Sqwerv transitioned and evolved into its full form with the addition of the spaghetti-haired drummer Zach Bulgarelli and ‘The Janitor’ Jack Marty on the keys. With Bulgarelli’s expertise on the skins and degree from the same CU Denver music program, he brings incredibly tight and complex rhythms that push the band and audience further into the experience. The new sonic thickness from Marty’s ivory tickling talents bring Sqwerv an enriched sonic palette and on top of being a tech wizard he’s got the harmonies taboot.

This groovy 4 piece Indie-Psych-Rock band took their passion for classic rock and psychedelic music, fused it with a dose of funk and created a sound that is refreshingly original. When Sqwerv takes the stage their songwriting shines as audiences are taken on a ride through surreal stories, ethereal blooming guitar solos and bellowing bumblebee baselines. From small packed smokey bars, to theaters, and festival stages this unique quartet strives to continue moving peoples souls and bodies through heartfelt music.

Tand is a 5-piece rock band from South Florida known for their deep catalog of originals, covers and high energy live shows. The band’s first official studio release, Puzzle Piece, was released in 2022 and will be followed by their first full length album in late 2023. With a relentless touring schedule and frequent performances at major music festivals including Summer Camp Music Festival, Peach Music Festival and Suwannee Hulaween, Tand has solidified their place as one of the most exciting up-and-coming musical acts.

Jared Sage Cowen, a dynamic and multifaceted guitarist and songwriter, was born and raised in Long Island, NY.

Over seven years, Cowen led his original progressive rock trio, Baked Shrimp, through numerous cross-country tours, performing over 400 concerts and releasing five albums. The band graced the stages of major music festivals such as Peach Music Festival, Summer Camp Music Festival, and Mile of Music, providing festival support for legendary artists such as Willie Nelson, My Morning Jacket, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Mike Gordon (Phish), and more. Cowen performed on the same stage (Main Stage) at Long Island’s Great South Bay Music Festival on the same day as Phil Lesh of the Grateful Dead. Cowen and his band provided direct support for prominent acts within the jam and funk community such as The Disco Biscuits, Twiddle, Dopapod, and Kung Fu.

Off the road, Cowen has released two solo albums, and is an educator and performer.
