Rob is originally from Lancaster, PA and began his passion for music at an early age. Originally playing classical violin, Rob soon pursued other passions in the music world. His influences include trent resnor, pink floyd, and dieselboy. he began his DJing about 10 years ago and has steadily learned the ins-and-outs. He currently resides in Indianapolis playing several shows a week at Indy’s Moustrap and Doc’s Music Hall in Muncie. He is signed on the G9 Collective as of August 2012 and Cosmic Promotions since May 2012.

Firecat 451 is a multi-genre dj doing live MCing during his own set, as well as booking to MC for other EDM artists.

In DJ mode, Firecat 451 brings sick dubstep with precision and power. Also in the line-up are impressive blends of trap and electro music with notes of international flavor. Dance floors will rattle and ragers will be rewarded with perfectly chosen grooves.

Firecat 451 also does Drum & Bass and Drumstep, in this mode, breakers, b-boys, and those who represent can’t help but to come front and center and show respect for the diligence and wicked track selection.

Add a microphone and the party is off the chain. Firecat is known for his ability to dynamically freestyle. Intricate swings between American street poetry and singing chorus’ reminiscent of Seal and Bob Marley. The plan is complete when Firecat 451 introduces original tracks into his mixes some of which are written especially for the event.
