About

Late Night Radio

Hustling to make his mark in Denver, Colorado’s electronic music melting pot, Late Night Radio is earning the respect of fans and peers alike through prolific production, innovative experimentation, and a dogged dedication to the craft. Alex Medellin has put in his time in the industry, coming up in Texas and California, but his ascension in the Colorado scene speaks to his ability to not only create a stunning array of original tracks, but bring them to life on stage, practicing what he preaches—guided by the mantra “emotion over energy.”

About

MT Nasty

Since 2010, Indiana-based EMP (Electronic Music Producer/Performer), MT Nasty, has been bringing his unique brand of wonky, chopped-beat auditory arson to the masses. Created and performed entirely in Ableton Live, MT’s performances focus on live beat/bassline creation and manipulation using complex, self-created mappings for an array of MIDI controllers. The result is an unmistakably individual sound, with an emphasis on live audio manipulation and controllerism in the vein of cutting edge producers/Ableton educators such as ill.Gates and Jon Margulies (Hobotech). MT Nasty’s penchant for tossing classic Hip-Hop and R & B samples lends a degree familiarity to a sound that otherwise has its roots in 2020 and beyond. Look and listen to MT Nasty for an innovative approach to both the production and performance of contemporary Electronic Music.
