Christ!an is a South Bend transplant. His first electronic event was 1998; by 1999, he started to put ear-to-decks to explore music as he wanted to explore, taking his queues from fellow technological adventurers Ean Golden and Richie Hawtin, tapering it with the narrative design of a Josh Wink set and the experimental heart of Flying Lotus. His is the fist for the New Boogie Coup, with a diverse musical palette and insatiable drive that is the culmination of years of dancing, watching, and learning, and designed for one thing only: the groove. With the technical precision of a rocket surgeon, he’s had mixes featured on Traktor Tips’ blog and MojoRadio. His mission is accomplished if the audience status quo has been challenged and the dance floor is drenched.
