Subterranean is an improvisational rock band from Dayton, Ohio that creates a unique experience at each live show. Their infectious grooves and spontaneous yet polished musical ventures create a unique adventure for their audience every time they step onto a stage. The band has been together for over 10 years. Subterranean has played venues all around the Region from Michigan to Kentucky to Tennessee to Indiana to West Virginia. They have also played many prestigious festivals such as The Werkout, Resonance, The Mad Tea Party Jam, and Hookahville just to name a few. They have been honored to share the stage with icons such as Ron Holloway, Bernie Worrell, and Steve Sweenie. They are currently in the studio recording their second album which is planned to be released in early 2024.

Formed in early 2023 in Bloomington, IN. Mycota is a funk fusion band with a broad variety of influences! Focused on instrumentals and improvisation, each show is always a little different. The group is scheduled for two tours of the midwest in April and June, and is currently back in the studio working on their second release, set for April.
Mycota’s performances are magnetic, characterized by their dynamic stage presence and the palpable connection between the band members. Their ability to create an immersive experience for the audience is a testament to their chemistry and dedication to their craft. As Mycota continues to evolve, they promise to be a beacon of creativity and innovation in the music scene, inspiring others to follow their own unique paths.

Subterranean is a jam rock quartet forged from the gritty streets of Dayton, Ohio. Their sound is deeply rooted with infectious grooves, and is elevated by soaring guitar and soulfully seasoned saxophone. Their organic and fearless songwriting style give them an eclectic and accessible sound that is represented on their debut album Loom.
