Since 2006, Cincinnati native and broken beat connoisseur, Bit Flip has been rockin’ the decks with a secret blend of broken beats and steady basslines. Playing a range of styles from tech funk to dubstep and gritty electro house, his sets grip the dancefloor with undeniable captivation. Expect bass heavy breakbeats and a high energy performance. Having held his own alongside world-class acts Rusko, Flux Pavillion, Doctor P, and 12th Planet, Bit Flip is sure to blow up the spot.
Every now and then a band comes along at the right time and place that’s just waiting to explode. Sixdollarsuit seems to have burst onto the scene at that time and the midwest is the place. Over the last year, sixdollarsuit has been hard at work crafting a sound that is as unique as it is fun to dance to. Pulling influences from jazz, funk, electronic and fusion the boys have created something special that is all their own. Known for their amazing live performances and light show, sixdollarsuit has been sharing the stage with some well known acts in the jam/electronica scene. These acts include: Future Rock, Two Fresh, Papadosio, Ep3, Groovatron, and more. With an intense passion for playing live music, the band has been working incessantly on creating fresh new tracks. In only a short amount of time the group has created a buzz around the midwest as a band to see live, sixdollarsuit skillfully weaves classical theory based music with improvisation and synth laden grooves that bring together traditional components with new age technologies. Ready to hit the road this summer and throughout the rest of the year, sixdollarsuit is finally ready to take their sound outside of the midwest and unleash it across the country.

IndyMojo Presents.. NumberNin6 for FREE
Yes, you read that correctly. World renown Dubstep prodigy “Numbernin6” will be performing at The Mousetrap on Saturday, April 30th for FREE. Don’t ask how we are able to do this, just consider it our gift to you for all your support.
Here are the details:
Richmond, VA // Migration, subHUMAN, Sour Grapes, Z-Audio
At the start of the new decade, trance-turned-dubstep producer Nishant Parikh aka NumberNin6 is patiently waiting.
With his remix of Prodigy’s “Breathe,” NumberNin6 has firmly placed himself on the map in the dubstep universe. His sound quickly garnered the support of dubstep giants like Skream, Rusko, N-Type, Plastician, Reso, Nero, Bassnectar, Bar9, and BBC Radio1 DJs Mistjam and Annie Mac. With his extensive background in trance production, NumberNin6’s approach to dub is one with a different angle than most of his fellow producers. Meticulously lacing screaming distorted basslines with haunting melodies and lush, layered soundscapes, Nin6 manages to blend together a seemingly dichotomous array of sounds: melodious yet menacing; mellow yet aggressive. Armed with some of the most exclusive dubs from the world’s top producers and his own unique sound, east coast based NumberNin6 is ready to wreck havoc from shore to shore.
NumberNin6 now silently waits within the eye of the storm that he has created for himself. On the brink of 4 EPs (including the debut release on Dieselboy’s new subHUMAN label), multiple collaborations and remixes, NumberNin6 now eagerly awaits the aftermath.
And he’s a full-time medical student.
